At the US-Algeria Business Council, we are committed to fostering positive commercial relations between the United States and Algeria, while diversifying trade to include sectors in addition to energy. Algeria needs the change and by taking on the challenge of creating sustainable and inclusive communities in Algeria, we can help to transform the current economy into one that embraces sustainability governance, to become the leader of a Green Economy model that is inclusive and that not only reduces its impact on the environment and in manufacturing but also reduces costs and energy, and creates jobs for its educated, qualified youth population and that makes it “Faster, Stronger, and Better.”
The US Algeria Energy Forum which will include conventional and unconventional energy, energy transition, and renewable energies.
The US Algeria Energy Forum will feature officials from the Ministry of Energy, the Sonatrach delegation, the Sonelgaz delegation, and Alnaft executives. The US Algeria Energy Forum will be an opportunity for Algeria and the United States to reaffirm their energy trade links. This important event will take place in Washington DC at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel, (Postponed to early 2024 – date TBD).
